Is it possible to port a prepaid mobile number back to Telecom over the phone through Telecom Customer Services or online? I have a Telecom sim card.  It would be coming from the 2 Degrees network back to Telecom who it was with until i ported it probably 2 months ago.  When i brought the new phone i was told they (who are a department store) could not do it and to take it to a Telecom dealership, however the Telecom dealership said they charge for the service, just wondered if it can be done over the phone?
