I'm looking for a schedule of what new towers & where vodafone are putting up for the RBI. Anyone?

Posted in the Vodafone forum because they are responsible for the towers under the RBI contract.

The nearest I've found is the Vodafone rural address checker.

Also take a look at the Telecom Wholesale checker as there is RBI DSL going in too.
