So White Pages is conducting a survey to help them improve the site.

Any site that has the entire page background in garish Cadbury purple cannot even be taken seriously. It's enough to induce an instant migraine.

They probably should have asked that years ago. I see they have now moved into web design services.

No survey or design by committee can fix that mess. They should hire a quality Web / UX designer.

Don't use the paper version ever, but the web version is useful finding people and businesses. I went looking for a panel beater whose business name I could not quite remember, which is when I discovered the purple mess. Their search engine leaves a bit to be desired as well actually.

I'd be happy to help them out but I can't even look at it. Start with a brand like whitepages and then put yellowpages stickers all over it and fill the rest in with purple can't even tell if I'm in the right place. The number of times I've tried to use it and just grabbed the phonebook instead...

Yeah like others I find great use for them under LCD monitors that don't have height adjustment!
