Hi Griven,

People can't hear me so I assume its the input. It's not so bad for calls to people's homes but call centre workers really struggle. Can you put it to +6 please - should I be able to adjust it myself?

Yes input side, i've changed it to "0" for you that's twice as loud as it was. Let me know if you need it louder.
