Presently we have a hardware issue that was affecting some users for Internet and Mail this occurred at 14:05, whilst repairing the issue a problem has occurred at around 15:10 which has taken all ISP services offline, this includes DNS which will affect some VFX users as well,

We hope to have this resolved shortly and apologize for the inconvenience

Is that the reason for all the disconnects today? (DSL drops out, disconnects and reconnects after 30-60 seconds with a new IP)

the issue started at 14:05 and is almost resolved, if you had some issues it would only have been between these times

Those who use DVX are probably rather accustomed with the issues not being internal..... :)

Not funny or true so care to back that up or are you just trolling,  I would say you will generally see that the DVX / VFX services are the most reliable VoIP offerings in the market, in this case DNS was the cause of issue for users that are using pan.wxnz.net.

Issue's should have been fully resolved at around 15:30 onwards

What is DVX? Tried to google but got a gay cruising site in Auckland. If it is indeed a gay cruising site then I dont need to know any more.

Edit, found it, SIP trunk service.

We are having problemsw tih our trunks suddenly dropping registration today. here is what I see in my log:

I'll restart Trixbox and it will work for about 20mins then the trunks lose registrations and "sip show peers" says "unreachable".

Nothing that we are aware of with this did this just start this morning ?, drop me the details of your trunk, if you see this again drop me a pm straight away and I will see what is happening, it sounds like your not seeing the Okay messages
