Were the auckland problems last night auctually nationwide?
Its been the 3rd outage in the last fortnight where my router has reported authentication failures for more than a few hours. I am in napier and was told it was telecom with their 06 issues last time.

I called the call centre from my cellphone and was on hold for about 70 minutes last night. Stuck it on speaker and went to the super market to do some shopping and got some odd looks from the checkout operator. When i got back home i decided to go to bed and hung up.
