How to install the Monogram AAC codec in DVBViewer?

Sorry if I'm asking something that is completely obvious but I have scoured the forum and am still at a loss as to how to install the Monogram AAC decoder into DVBViewer.
I have downloaded the mmaacd.ax file, unziped and put it in my windows/System32 folder.
Where do I go from here?
I understand how to enter text into a command prompt window and have tried "regsvr32 mmaacd.ax" but I get an error message.
Is this the correct text?
Also, once 'registered' will the Monogram decoder appear as an option in DVBViewer in the AAC decoder options?

you need to specify a path for the file

ie

regsvr 32 c:\windows\system32\mmaacd.ax

Ok, I have figured it out. It throws up the error because you aren't running it as administrator. Using Vista you type regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mmaacd.ax into the search box on the start menu and press ctrl+shift+enter. Click continue and you are done!

Not so sure how to do it in Xp though...

Thanks guys
After adding a path to my command line and using the vista admin overide thingy the codec was installed sucessfully.
And yes, it became available in the AAC drop down menu in DVBViewer - (answering my own question)

I previously had only the 'cyberlink audio decoder' option in the AAC option menu but this sounded like an old vinyl record compared to Monogram.
Is this previous option courtesy of me having PowerDVD 7?

Also whats the deal with the dual audio channel options for TV1 and 2?
When clicking on the AAC channels I get video and audio as normal but when I click on the AC3 channels DVBViewer changes back to the AAC channel and displays the video but no audio at all.
