Hi Guys, Just got this in from a member on Stoppress from "Sam"

APNA TV will be launching soon on Freeview|HD 36 and Worldnet TV will at this stage be at Freeview|HD 250

APNA according to sources on-line is a Indian Bollywood Movie channel and is currently being tested by that new mux test pattern.

WorldnetTV is the Freeview + Channel launching Asian services via broadband (Currently on test channel 600)

Does anyone know if either Tivo or Windows Media Centre will work with Freeview+ channels? And what about Igloo?

And how about EyeTV, for that matter?

If these new channels are delivered over broadband then presumably it'll at least be possible to extract the URL for the stream and watch it that way.

Edit: There's another thread asking just that! :) (no link right now because I'm on my phone and it's a pain)

Not working on my Series 6 Samsung Set. Even though it has an ethernet port it looks like it isn't new enough for the IPTV feeds.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.

Seems the APNA channel is what I scanned in the other thread last night.

Nice to see new content and what seems to be a new mux.

Seems the frequency that I scanned off Waiatarua is licensed to "World TV Ltd", searching their client ID (138471) seems to show they have licenses for most transmitters (DTV28 or 29, except for Auckland where it seems they are using DTV34 or DTV35). I guess they are going to try and reclaim some of the costs by selling space on their Mux, so hopefully more channels soon, or more space for HD upgrades for the likes of Prime.
