Is there an age requirement to have a Pay pal account. i have a Visa Debit card but i don't really want to put in a fake age.

When you go to pay with paypal under the login box it should give you an option saying "Pay with Bill Me Later?, Debit or Credit Card". Works fine without registering with an account
