I've seen the movie, and it's a festival of Bluetooth headset and Sony Ericsson T610 mobile phones. Now Columbia Pictures is offering mobile "Charlie's Angels" services, available to users in some countries: France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa and India.
The portfolio of mobile services available includes: polyphonic and monophonic ring tones including “Feel Good Time” by Pink; colour backgrounds with scenes from the film; MMS animations to forward onto friends; “Charlie’s Angels®: Road Cyclone,” a Java® game involving a motorbike chase against the evil Diva Indigo and her gang; as well as SMS trivia quizzes to win prizes or simply to test your calibre as an angel or your ability to charm one of the heroines.
In addition to developing the full service, this collaboration with Mobileway and MIG has also provided Sony Pictures Mobile with a single point of access, management and billing for the deployment of mobile merchandise in new territories.
Prices range from NZ$ 0.30 (US$ 0.15) for each SMS sent for a Trivia game, to NZ$ 2.49 (US$ 1.25) for a Java game or ringtone. Terrible complement for a bad movie , uh?
