Just visited HP's website and noticed all scheduled dates for release of upgrades to Windows Mobile 2003 OS now moved to August (the earliest one). I also got this information last week from a contact in HP New Zealand.
This is also the case for users in other parts of the world and affects users of H39xx, H54xx and H38xx. Not very nice to be put in the queue, again .
