AppForge MobileVB
AppForge's MobileVB version 4.0 adds support for Palm OS 5 and Series 60 devices including the Palm Tungsten, Sony Clie, Nokia 3650, 7650 and Nokia 6600. In addition to cross-platform support, version 4.0 has new features and enhancements.

With the addition of Palm OS 5 and Nokia Series 60 support, MobileVB developers can now write cross-platform applications quickly and distribute those applications on most of the leading mobile and wireless devices including Palm OS, Pocket PC, and Symbian UIQ, Series 60, and Series 80 PDAs and Smartphones.

The suggested retail price of AppForge's MobileVB 4.0 version is US$899.

A smaller version of MobileVB, called MobileVB Solo, is also available and focus on value conscious developers who are interested in creating mobile and wireless applications for a single device platform. Built on the same underlying technology as MobileVB, there are five MobileVB Solo versions - Palm OS, Pocket PC, Symbian UIQ, Nokia Series 60, and Nokia Series 80. The Solo products integrate seamlessly into Microsoft Visual Studio and provide more than 30 standard controls, modules and libraries optimized for mobile and wireless development. Developers can test their MobileVB Solo applications from within the IDE, and then compile them into single-file installation packages for distribution. The suggested retail price for each of the AppForge MobileVB Solo products is US$249.
