Added option to relocate data file
Cut and paste jobs between tasks
Fixed date picker double today bug
Fixed month picker in date picker
Reduced default size of tree to ensure controls are not covered by the input panel
Moved Edit->Settings to Tools->Options
Removed rebuild tree option from options screen
Added Rebuild Tree function to tools menu
Moved archiving features to tools menu
Removed close button from options screen - replaced with standard OK button
New packaging which includes .Net, SQL CE and BOnTime in one OTA installer
Install takes 43kb less space
