Posted on 19-Nov-2003 17:22 | Filed under: News

The new Microsoft Windows Mobile Support web site is a one stop shop for questions on how-to with Windows Mobile devices. Users are presented with a selection of devices and OS versions, and questions are listed in a FAQ style.

To date users who needed support for some basic questions on how to use Windows Mobile have asked questions in enthusiasts web sites or in usenet news groups, like microsoft.public.smartphone, microsoft.public.pocketpc, microsoft.public.pocketpc.wireless and microsoft.public.phone_edition.
