The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King premiere streaming
Citylink has a set of webcams around Wellington, and one of them is constantly pointing towards Courtenay Place and looking into the Embassy Theatre, where the worldwide premiere for the latest The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King will take place on 1st Dec 2003.

During the premiere event Citylink will stream live video of the show from six different cameras. The streaming will be available from some New Zealand ISPs and from the Wellington NZ web page. Stay tunned and check your ISP for a broadcast of this event. According to sources the stream may not be available to ISPs outside New Zealand.

Citylink is a broadband provider in Wellington. CityLink's network consists of singlemode fibre to buildings, rolled out in a mesh architecture so there is no over-reliance on one central communications point. It means that around Wellington businesses can arrange a connection of up to 100mbps to their optical fiber network. One of the services offered is CaféNET, a wi-fi provider in the city.
