The original story tells us about this company sending unsolicited SMS to Telstra (Australia) customers.

The message urged the user to call a paid number (AU$ 5.50/minute) to retrieve a message someone left to him - even if the user never registered in that service.

The outcome of this story is on the follow up story published a day after.
