Posted on 11-Dec-2003 20:38 | Filed under: News

Rocom Wireless announced an agreement with Vodafone New Zealand to bring new data solutions to the New Zealand market.

Hamish Switalla, Business Partner Manager at Vodafone says “ROCOM Wireless delivers mobile solutions that many customers will benefit from and backs this up with excellent service. We look forward to working with ROCOM Wireless in the future.”

In November 2003 Rocom launched a new SMS service aimed to business users. The service, called easiTXT, enables users to send text messages from their desktop PC through their existing email application. Unlike other similar services, the easiTXT links with the user’s existing email application enabling users to use existing address books.
