PDACorps website reviews Scrabble for Pocket PC
The Handmark Scrabble Game for the Pocket PC is designed to play just like the classic board game. It utilizes a select-and-drop tile placement interface, a built-in Official Scrabble Players Dictionary, automatically scores every game and even saves partially completed games to be continued at any time.

PDACorps had a look on this game and commented:

"After just doubling the density of pdas in my household, the idea of head-to-head gaming was simply too much to resist. Finally getting to use the IR port for a serious purpose (like fun) lead to a Google of 2-player pocket pc games of which, surprisingly, there are still few. Handmark leads the list, hands down.

Putting aside price, playing the game via the IR port was a blast. Since most of what each of us have been doing with the pdas has been solitary, the ability to play against each other in the same game (rather than merely trying to one-up each other in BounceOut) was a treat. Since I'm writing the review I'll say that I usually won, although that is radically different than the truth.".
