New lifestyle magazine for users of consumer electronic goods
Ziff Davis Media Inc. announced the launch of Sync, the company's new consumer lifestyle magazine. According to the company, Sync is the first major lifestyle magazine designed exclusively to give readers a stylish, exciting look at how consumers can use digital products in the context of everyday life experiences. Sync's first issue will debut in summer 2004 and will publish four issues throughout the year.

Sync illustrates the integration of digital technology into consumers' lives. The consumer lifestyle publication focuses not on the product itself, but what people can do with it. Using captivating visuals, Sync will inform, entertain and excite readers across the entire panorama of the fast-changing digital technology market.

"Sync will provide a revolutionary new angle of technology coverage, focusing for once on the user, instead of just the product," said Robert Lee, Publisher. "The market is ready for a lifestyle technology magazine like Sync. We've created this magazine for the digital technology user in all of us."

The launch of Sync also coincides with Ziff Davis Media's new consumer technology event DigitalLife and represents a major and comprehensive initiative into the rapidly expanding digital technology market. The new four-day special event will be held 13-16 October 2004 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City and will bring together the latest in digital technology for the home, work and play.
