Microsoft asks for Sendo case dismissal

Sendo filed suit against Microsoft after the launch of their jointly developed Z100 multimedia phone was called off.

In the original suit, Sendo said that Microsoft used tactics to receive market and technology knowledge it didn't have access to before the venture.

Sendo had claimed that Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft had withheld payments specified in contractual agreements between the two companies and that could cause Sendo's bankruptcy.
