Sony releases two new Clie models in Japan

Sony has just released a new series of its sucessful Clie line in Japan.

The PEG-TJ37 is a handheld with an ARM CPU @ 200MHz, Palm OS 5.21, 32MB RAM (23MB RAM available to the user), 32MB ROM, a 320x320 pixels colour LCD. This line offers the choice of three different covers.

The PEG-TH55 uses the Handheld Engine @ 123MHz, a special CPU series designed by Sony, also used on its PEG-UX50. This handheld runs the same Palm OS 5.21, and it cames with 32MB RAM (all available to the user), 32MB ROM and a 320x480 pixels colour LCD. It includes wi-fi (802.11b) built-in.
