Windows Mobile User Group - Wellington

Wellington has become the first city in New Zealand to have a Windows Mobile User Group. The groups is kicking off its first meeting at 5pm on February 26 at the Telecom Lab in Tory Street. Meeting places will vary each time, so other companies can participate too.

The group focus is Windows Mobile and Windows Mobile based devices i.e. Pocket PC's and Smartphones. The group is aimed at anyone interested in mobile technology.

The first meeting on February 26 will feature speakers from Microsoft and Telecom New Zealand and will be followed by spot prizes and free drinks and nibbles. This session will be focused on what Windows Mobile is and where it is headed.

Come along and see where this exciting platform is headed in the near future and have some fun while you're at it!

Time: 26 Feb 2004, 5:00pm
Place: Telecom Network Integration Lab, 49 Tory Street, Wellington
