PDACorps write about Monopoly for Pocket PC
The PDACorps website has posted a detailed summary of Monopoly by Handmark for Windows Mobile Pocket PC:

"If the street names on the Monopoly board are coded into your DNA as they are with most Americans, this game will be as familiar to you as if your own neighborhood had been miniaturized, and tucked neatly into your pocket pc. Even if the names are new to you it is worth getting to know them, as this Handmark game is excellent.

In case you don't speak a terrestrial language, and are not familiar with the idea of Monopoly, here is the concept in a nutshell. Starting with $1500, you move around a square playing board landing on properties; if they are for sale, you can buy them, or put them up for auction. If other people own them (especially if they have houses or hotels on them) you pay rent. You try to maximize the monopolies you hold, so you can build structures, and force larger and larger rents out of the poor slobs who live, er, land there. Various other things befall the players, like trips to jail, income taxes, or inheritances, but the primary goal is simply to run everyone else out of business."
