DateMan is a sophisticated enhancement for the built-in Palm OS DateBook application. Features include:

View a flexible list of upcoming appointments, events, and to do tasks

  • Look at any range, from one day to three years, or more
  • Quickly see upcoming items, ordered chronologically and by priority
  • Integrate Calendar and To Do List into one view

    Link items to one another

  • Create symbolic attachments from Appointments to To Do Tasks
  • Indicate Invitees to a meeting
  • Link required tasks to particular events

    Categorize calendar items

  • Break your calendar into multiple, independent sections
  • Track just Work, or just Personal items
  • View all items on one list, or break them out by category

    Integrate the calendar and to do lists into one application

  • Uses all built in databases, no reentry
  • All conduits are supported, for full desktop connectivity

    View your schedule in one of 6 different ways

  • Main Agenda; upcoming items
  • Single Day; detailed schedule for one day at a time
  • Week/Two Week; see up to two weeks in dayplanner format
  • Bar View; a timeblocked view of your week
  • Month; see how your time is blocked out for a month, with banners
  • Year; get an overview of your yearly commitments

    Store additional information about appointments and to do tasks

  • Multiple Priority Settings (15, 1a3e, 115)
