Telefonica Moviles Espana launches the TSM500 Pocket PC Phone Edition
Telefónica Móviles España (TME) launched the TSM500, a Pocket PC Phone Edition similir to the XDA II and i-mate (read our review of the i-mate) connected to its GSM/GPRS network MoviStar.

The TSM500 is a tri-band (GSM 900/1800/1900 Mhz) mobile phone, with GPRS and Bluetooth. The device with 128 MB RAM, runs Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Phone Edition on an Intel Xscale CPU @ 400 MHz. It also comes with an integrated VGA digital camera and a 320x240 pixels 65K TFT LCD touchscreen.

The 1200 mAh Li-ION battery charges in two hours and promisses a 180 hours standy and 4 hours talk time.

MoviStar will target the business customers in all segments, and professionals that need a mobile device to keep them connected to e-mail and remote applications.
