A startup incubator in New Zealand, and it closes applications for its programme next week, 18th Feb 2003.

According to a Microsoft New Zealand press release "The programme, a joint initiative between HP New Zealand, Microsoft New Zealand, TelstraClear and Vodafone New Zealand Limited, provides Kiwi start-ups with free technology resources to assist them during their pre-venture capital phase."

"Fourth round winners of the programme were Electronic Medical Internet Technologies Limited (EMIT), Xenacom Limited and 174E. Since its inception in November 2000, the programme has attracted more than 100 applications and provided 11 start-ups with the technology they need to develop or advance their software prototypes. "
