Toshiba EMEA released the Bluetooth Stack driver V4.01 for Pocket PCs e740, e750, and e800. The documentation says these drivers are supported on Pocket PC OS 2002 and Windows Mobile 2003.

The documentation says that changes of Bluetooth Stack from 4.0 to 4.01 include no new features, and only minor bug fixes. Changes of Bluetooth Stack from 3.10 to 4.0 include:
PAN profile were added
Some ActiveSync settings were added
Bluetooth profiles can be enabled and disabled
Improved assignment of COM ports to Bluetooth profiles
There are some restrictions on Scatternet, and not all hardware will support this feature. The .zip file also includes a Bluetooth User's Guide in .pdf format.
