Posted on 8-Jul-2004 08:04 | Tags Filed under: News

The company informed shareholders of the end of the process of selling its interests on Symbian to Nokia. According to a press release, Psion has been informed by Symbian that following the pre-emption process, the allocation of Psion's shares in Symbian amongst the continuing shareholders of Symbian has now been finalised. Accordingly, Symbian expects that completion of the transaction will take place on Monday 12 July 2004.

The company will then make a further announcement to confirm that the transaction has completed.
