Voiceglo has announced the release of its GloPhone version 2.0, offering users a number of new feature enhancements. The GloPhone software is a Web and PC-based phone service. Through GloPhone's users have the freedom to make and receive calls to and from any phone, anywhere in the world using a dial-up or broadband Internet connection.
Like competitor Stanaphone Voiceglo assigns a real U.S. telephone number to users, allowing them to place and receive phone calls to landlines and mobile phones.
Although some of the 25 features vary with each calling plan, GloPhone packages include standard calling features, such as caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, missed call notification voice mail to email and conference calling. Other features include:
Star 99 Call Messaging
Message Waiting Indicator
Direct Extension Dialing
Personal Contact Directory
Anyphone Directory Assistance
Multiple GloPhone Lines on One PC
Glo2Go Phone Express
Buddy Lists
Voiceglo is currently offering all GloPhone Blue (P2P-only) users 30 minutes of GloPhone2anyphone calling or 30 days of GloPhone2anyphone service (domestic or Canada only) - whichever comes first - for free. After the offer expires, GloPhone customers can continue on the free GloPhone Blue plan or choose to upgrade to one of the premium plans.
