New hard case model for the Treo 600
Pacific Rim Technologies announced the release of a new aluminium case for the palmOne smartphone model. The company designs and manufactures accessories for Pocket PC, Palm devices and Apple iPod accessories.

The company says its new Treo 600 hard case provides protection and at the same time makes it easy to see all incoming call and access the keyboard and navigation buttons. There's no need to open the case to see who's calling or use the keyboard. The neoprene lining provide additional protection to help absorb impacts from daily use.

    In addition to this, past Treo 600 users who purchases a hard case from Pacific Rim Technologies or Treo Central can get an upgrade by faxing their upgrade request to +1 949-606-8423 and placing their order on line. Pacific Rim Technologies will rebate them back $15.00 for their old case. Users who bought the original hard case from Treo Central can request an upgrade until 10 September 2004, and users who purchased the original directly from Pacific Rim Technologies can request the upgrade until 30 September 2004.
