POST CTI enters an European Master Distribution agreement with TeleSym Inc., a US provider of mobile VOIP solutions for corporate and public sector customers.
As a result of the agreement, POST is also announcing the pan-European availability of TeleSym's SymPhone Enterprise VoIP software. The SymPhone system, which comprises both client and server software, enables corporate users of desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices such as Pocket PCs to make high quality and secure voice over IP calls over broadband IP network.
The SymPhone Enterprise VoIP System is the third generation of TeleSym's software for making voice calls from personal computers and mobile devices. With new provisions for security, standards support, and interoperability, SymPhone complements the VoIP (Voice over Internet protocol) infrastructure from an extensive range of telecommunications manufacturers and suppliers.
The latest generation of SymPhone provides robust security features including RSA Security's leading RSA Keon digital certificate management solution which provides user authentication and encryption. It also embraces leading industry standards, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and H.323, which brings the mobility and quality advantages of the SymPhone System to nearly all brands of VoIP, as well as network equipment and software.
