HP has announced a CDMA 1x EVDO Pocket PC Phone Edition, initially available in Korea. There's no information about availability of this new device in the North American market.
The mobile market in Korea is very versatile. A few months ago the Korean government announced plans to provide subsidies for converged handheld devices.
