Zeosoft announces Mobile AppBuilder Entry Edition
Posted on 6-Oct-2004 03:27 | Tags Filed under: News

Zeosoft Technology Group has made the Mobile AppBuilder v1.2, Entry Edition available. The tool can be used to rapidly generate customized wireless applications for Windows Mobile Pocket PC, laptops, desktops or mobile phones. Mobile AppBuilder automatically generates a complete wireless database query and update application, without writing a single line of code or designing any forms or screens.

Mobile AppBuilder Entry Edition is aimed at individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, or departments in larger enterprises, with limited IT resources and a desire to access private or secure data from mobile devices. Mobile AppBuilder automatically generates the backend integration within the application, providing encryption, database access, wireless communication, screen generation and application management.

"With Mobile AppBuilder, any individual, small to medium-sized businesses, or departments in larger enterprises, are able to easily create and deploy their own enterprise class applications without incurring development expenses for customized solutions," said Mike Huestis, president and CTO of Zeosoft Technology Group.

The software requires Insignia Jeode Java Virtual Machine on Pocket PC. The evaluation software is available for immediate download, while evaluation software to support mobile phones will be made available Fall 2004. Full product details and samples of wireless applications built using Mobile AppBuilder can be accessed at Zeosoft's website.
