FieldLink features acronym-bearing platform, the OSCAR (On Site Callback Assistance Resource), which provides troubleshooting solutions for the most common types of elevator and escalator issues on a wide variety of equipment brands. OSCAR is continuously updated with the most current equipment information. In a few clicks on the screen, a technician can quickly identify causes and solutions for the specific equipment in question.
When a Schindler technician completes a service call, all information is uploaded, on the spot, through the FieldLink. The wireless technology that powers the device sends all service activity information directly to the Schindler Customer Score Card.
