Sprite Backup for Windows Mobile Smartphone 2.0 update
Sprite Software has announced Sprite Backup for Smartphone 2.0, which allows users to backup the system state and user data from Windows Mobile Smartphone. The new version contains some bug fixes, and includes the following features:

  • Fast Backup operation
  • Backup and Restore personal and system data
  • Backup to host PC ActiveSync or any form of wireless networking (Win XP and Win 2000 only)
  • Upgrade Mode allows to restore a backup file from a previous ROM version, or even from another phone entirely. This takes the hassle out of upgrading your phone, or replacing it with a new one.
  • Automatic backup file management with automatic deletion of old backups
  • Password Protection
  • Compression
