Mobile News Web Service for Pocket PC
Mobile News Web Service is a tool to synchronize XML news (RSS, RDF, Atom) to Pocket Inbox. The features include:

  • News are saved to the Pocket Inbox
  • Outdated news automatically removed from Inbox
  • XML synchronisation over any Internet connection
  • Removes all the html code and save the plaintext only
  • All the hyperlinks are put to the end of the news. This can make the news more readable in a small screen
  • News can be forwarded as normal e-mails
  • Conditional HTTP GET and compression will be applied even the news source don't support this feature. This reduces the data tranfer by considerable amount
  • Delta Download Technology will remove the duplicate items from each download. If a website only add 1-2 news each days, Mobile News Web Service will just return new items only.
