Intellisync launches goAnywhere for feature mobile phones

Intellisync Corporation presented an expanded mobile-carrier platform featuring a new suite of wireless email and productivity products for the consumer market. The Company's Intellisync goAnywhere product suite now provides on-demand and push email, PIM synchronization, device management and secure file access for SyncML-based mass-market devices (also known as features phones) plus a number of other wireless platforms.

Currently deployed over Hutchison Whampoa's "3" Network in Europe and by other mobile carriers worldwide, this native SyncML solution provides on-demand & push-based PIM sync, email (with attachments) and over-the-air (OTA) file delivery to virtually any SyncML-compliant device.

The solution supports OMA CP and OMA SyncML-compliant device, including Symbian, Nokia, Motorola and many others as well as all BREW, J2ME, DoJa, Windows Mobile for Pocket PC, Windows Mobile for Smartphone and Palm OS devices. It also includes mobile device management, OTA handset configuration, software updates, theft/loss protection, backup/restore, troubleshooting and more.
