Fly United, take a Blackberry
Through 31 March 2005, United customers have the opportunity to earn a free BlackBerry handheld developed by Research In Motion (RIM) when they book a paid, qualifying roundtrip flight of US$250 or more and activate a qualifying T-Mobile service plan.

As part of this offer, a minimum of 25,000 BlackBerry handhelds are available to United customers when they select from two T-Mobile service plans. The US$39.98 "data only" service plan gives customers a BlackBerry 6230 (US$249.99 retail value) featuring e-mail, web browsing, organizer and phone capabilities. The $59.99 "voice and data" service plan gives customers a BlackBerry 7230 (pictured, US$299.99 retail value) with the same features, plus color display and phone services that include 1000 "whenever minutes."

The offer requires that travel must occur by 30 April 2005, and customers must register at united.com/blackberry before flying.
