Zupera announces its Linux-based handheld AV Players
The company has announced two new models, both with 30GB storage. The Zupera AV-EL5.6 comes with a 5.6" TFT LCD, while the AV-EL7 sports a 7" TFT LCD.

Ported with embedded Linux Operating System, the user interface is based on screen icons including Mobile Theatre, Music Centre, Set-up, Photo Album and My Files.

Power usage can be regulated and configured for longer battery life, including screen brightness & contrast. The units can provide more than four hours of audio/video playtime and up to eight hours of audio playtime.

You can download movies, audio files, photographs, and store files directly from a PC or Macintosh computer through a USB 2.0 interface or via Compact Flash (CF) memory card.
