New Address Book and Click-to-call features added to Skweezer
Greenlight Wireless has announced new address book and click-to-call features for its Skweezer service. This additional functionality enhances the e-mail solution integrated into Skweezer.

The new address book found in Skweezer allows users to import contacts from a wide variety of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, and Plaxo. Contacts imported into Skweezer are dynamically organized to fit the device that's being used, in order to make finding and retrieving the information as easy as possible. Contacts are also accessible from Skweezer Mail.

Skweezer's new click-to-call support allows cell phone and Smartphone users to click on phone numbers listed in a contacts file to place a call. Additionally, when an e-mail is received in Skweezer Mail from a person on the contact list, the sender's phone number appears beneath the message as a click-to-call hyperlink. An upcoming release of Skweezer will increase the usefulness of this feature, by reformatting any phone number encountered on a Web page into a click-to-call link.
