Austrian users vote the T-Mobile MDA best Pocket PC
Several thousand users chose the T-Mobile MDA III Pocket PC Phone Edition (also known by its codename HTC Blue Angel) as the Best Pocket PC of 2004 in the Hardware category at the Club Pocket PC Awards in Austria.

In the category of "Innovation of the Year", a jury from within the industry selected the T-Mobile MDA compact (HTC Magician) for first place. T-Mobile already has over 40 percent share of converged PDA phone market in Germany and is gaining some significant shares in other European markets.

In related news, the T-Mobile MDA IV is not even on the market yet and it has already been awarded a special prize. The Initiative for small businesses (Initiative Mittelstand) in Germany has given its Innovation Prize 2005 to the new device from T-Mobile that functions via GPRS, UMTS and W-LAN, with a foldable keyboard. The initiative is an IT solutions partner and advisor for small businesses in Germany.
