Mobile Grand Prix brings Formula 1 information to Pocket PC
HP and Portuguese website pcdebolso.com worked together to develop an application geared towards the Formula 1 fan that is also a Pocket PC user.

The Mobile Grand Prix allows Pocket PC users to follow the Formula 1 World Championship 2005 directly on the handheld. The software is available in 21 different languages, including Portuguese, English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, and others.

The software presents relevant information about 19 circuits, including location, local time, track information, records, etc. Users will have access to information about 10 teams, like pictures, drivers, engine, tyres, director, and more.

Information can be updated via the Internet, and the application is available as a free download from the HP website iPAQ Choice.

Mobile Grand Prix will run on any Pocket PC with QVGA or VGA screen (including the square screens coming in new mobile devices from HP), in both landscape and portrait modes.
