E-TEN shows M600 Pocket PC Phone Edition with Wi-Fi

E-TEN is showcasing a range of Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition products, industrial PDA products and digital audio broadcasting handheld devices products during the Computex Taipei 2005.

A new Pocket PC Phone Edition, the E-TEN M600 features built-in WLAN (Wi-Fi) capability. plans to release the M600 in September of this year. In addition to the WLAN capability, the new Pocket PC will support quad-band GSM network, will have built-in a 1.3-megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth wireless, 130MB of storage, Windows Media Player 10 and all the standard Pocket versions that come with Windows Mobile (Pockt Outlook, Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, Pocket Internet Explorer).

The company will also showcase their industrial PDA products and vertical market applications. In addition to commercial wireless Pocket PC products, E-TEN is also specialized in ruggedized PDA for different kinds of vertical market, such as GPS PDA, fully rugged military PDA and barcode scan data collector.

Also as part of the Computex exhibition, E-TEN will launch its first DAB handheld radios, the D100 and D110, a tri-band DAB Digital Radio. The models support FM with RDS reception, MP3 player, SD/MMC card slot, USB for data in/out, firmware upgrade, clock, graphic OLED display, built-in rechargeable battery, and easy to use navigation control. With built-in transmitter, D110 can transmit high quality DAB sound and MP3 music to Hi-Fi systems in the car or at home.
