Pocket PC magazine announces the Best Software Awards 2005 nominees
The annual Best Software Awards for Pocket PC and Smartphone software is its fifth edition. New Products Editor, Diane Dumas, and the 2005 Board of Experts have selected the nominees from Pocket PC magazine’s Encyclopedia of Software and Accessories. Over 493 Nominees, in 122 categories have been selected.

Nominations are now open to public comment and open to modification until 15 July 2005 when they will be frozen and published shortly thereafter. More information is available at the Awards page on Pocket PC magazine’s website.

The awards are divided into three sections, including Pocket PC Software, Smartphones Software and Software for Developers.
