Thanks to a new service being introduced by Kodak Mobile Service consumers can now send personalized photo postcards right from their camera phones.
With the new Kodak Mobile Service Postcard Application, users snap a picture, select a border design, enter a personalized message and an address and Kodak will mail the postcard (4x6") to any U.S. address.
Postcards can be sent anytime, anywhere from a variety of phones including Motorola V710, V260, V265, V276; Kyocera KX2 and the Audiovox CDM-8940 on the Verizon Wireless network.
The Kodak Mobile Postcard Application can be downloaded in pre-paid single-use increments for US$1.99 or in bundles of three postcards for US$4.99, and five postcards for US$7.99. All first-class U.S. postage is included. The charge will be billed directly to the customer's phone bill.
