ST Invoice is an Invoice and estimation software that syncs all information on-line to a Web service. Process credit cards in real time, or save and encrypt credit card info for processing when an Internet connection is available. Track how accurate estimates are with actual invoices and automatically email invoices to clients.
The application also allows users to process payments on-site. The software captures the electronic signature made by the client on an electronic invoice displayed on the Pocket PC screen. This signature validates the payment made by the client. As soon as the payment is made, a thank you mail is sent to the client acknowledging the invoice payment. All this helps make payments quick, easy, and safe.
The application regularly synchronizes the information stored on the website with the Pocket PC device and vice versa to keep the invoice data updated all the time.
