Posted on 6-Dec-2005 09:51 | Filed under: News

TEAC is announcing the launch of its new line of external 1.8-Inch Mobile USB 2.0 Hard Disk Drives in 20GB, 40GB and 60GB capacities.

The new external hard disk drives are small enough to fit in a shirt pocket and large enough in capacity for mobile workers. The devices are bus-powered with no external power source required.

TEAC's 1.8-Inch Mobile Hard Disk Drives are available in USB 2.0 at this time. TEAC also offers 2.5-inch External Hard Drive solutions in 40GB, 60GB, 80GB and 100GB capacities in USB2.0, and 3.5-inch External Hard Drive solutions in 40GB, 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 200GB, 250GB, 300GB and 400GB capacities. The 3.5-inch hard drives are available in both USB2.0 and USB2.0 / Firewire formats.

The external hard disk drive products feature all-aluminum case designs, to maximize heat dissipation and keep the hard disk drive running much cooler for optimum performance.
