FreeCRM.com Launches Synchronisation Software for Hosted CRM Solution
Posted on 22-Feb-2006 09:22 | Tags Filed under: News

FreeCRM.com has launched its CRM Synchronization products, including a complete line of synchronization applications that support Microsoft Outlook, Palm handhelds, RIM BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile Pocket PC clients.

Users can also synchronise some mobile phones, providing those devices support the SyncML protocol.

FreeCRM.com is an on-demand, web based CRM providing hosting solutions for Client Relationship Management. The company offers a free, advertise supporter solution and a subscription service at US$14.95 per month.

The Outlook CRM Sync is a 2-way synchronization system, coordinating contacts, calendar items and tasks with the CRM system and the client's Microsoft Outlook software.

For Microsoft Outlook users the company suggests using the synchronisation to this client, but users who currently do not have Microsoft Outlook can utilise the CRM Synchronisation client directly on the mobile device to coordinate the data.
