Dell Ships Ultra High Performance Gaming Systems XPS Renegade
Dell has announced and begun taking orders of their ultra high performance gaming systems, the XPS Renegade models 600/400.

Targeted at the professional gamer, this system holds back on nothing.

The Dell Renegade 600 (pictured) is available with up to a 4.2Ghz P4 2Mb cache extreme edition using Intel’s 965 chipset, Quad NVIDIA GeForce 7900s, Dell 3007WFP (30” wide screen flat panel), Soundblaster X-Fi/Audigy 2 ZS audio and an AGEIA PhysX physics processing unit (PPU).

It provides the highest possible gaming performance and experience available today. However, the price starts at US$9,930.

The Renegade 400 is available with up to a 3.0Ghz P4 4Mb cache extreme edition using Intel’s 940 chipset, NVIDIA GeForce 7800, 19” display and either the integrated Intel audio or Soundblaster’s X-Fi with an AGEIA PhysX PPU. Aimed at the consumer market, this system is priced from US$1,239 through US$2,039 depending on the options selected.
