Dell Announces Gaming Notebook XPS M1710
Available from 24 April 2006, the new Dell M1710 special edition Formula Red notebook delivers the latest features for a multimedia and gaming laptop:

  • up to 4GB DDR2 Memory
  • 512MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX GPU
  • 17" Widescreen UXGA display, up to 1920x1200
  • Starting weight 3.98Kg
  • Magnesium-alloy chassis
  • Illuminated XPS touchpad
  • Adjustable 16 colour perimeter lighting
  • 2.5" SATA hard disk, up to 120GB
  • 5-in-1 media reader
  • Personalised XPS service, with dedicated sales, XPS technicians and designated phone queue
  • Dell Rapid Driver program for access to lastest peripheral drivers

    The first edition available in New Zealand will retail for NZ$4,798 and has the following specific features:
